We try our best to process and ship your order within 3 business days. For custom and handmade orders please allow up to 5 business days for us to beautifully handmake your item. Delivery within Malaysia is usually between 2-3 days with J&T Express, but during this pandemic please understand that there may be delays to your delivery.

For urgent or birthday orders, please DM us on Instagram @saffronandserai or email us at info@saffronandserai.com and if you would like same day or next day delivery we can also help to arrange a GRAB delivery for you. 

For international shipping outside of Malaysia and Singapore, please email us directly at info@saffronandserai.com to calculate and arrange the postage. We will try to ensure we minimise the overall size of the packaging to help reduce the postage cost!

Please also be aware for your international deliveries it may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once the order reaches the destination country. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as Saffron & Serai cannot be held responsible for any tax payments.
